Tao round 2

my dad is not a fan of jap food, so its very kind of him to actually bring all of us to Tao. majority wins.muahahha..poor old man.

but poor old man surprisingly ate so much when we got back the toilet became his second home...LOL

everybody liked the place except for the fact that some orders didnt come, and sometimes we had to wait for quite awhile before the food arrives.

and the whole place was jam packed. cny mar.hehe

we were early, so we walked around the place and camwhored a lil. well, more like i camwhored nia *winks*

the joys of CNY

been waking up at 7am everyday since i got back home. wth its been ages since i actually heard the roosters crow in the morning. followed mum to the pasar pagi to get cny stuffs. boy its neverending. and ive never seen such old ganas aunties before. i was practically shoved and pushed aside by those ganas aunties who wanted to get their hands on the freshest and biggest and cheapest. since i was just my mum's mobile 'trolley' i gave way and stood aside to prevent from being slammed into a crate of veges.

did a couple of last minute shopping with my sis also. everything has to be new mar.

from undies to slippers. all new :)

must be donned in new pieces from top to bottom.

according to shianyi, if u do that u will have abundance of clothes to wear the whole year round. didnt know that. its normally an excuse to get more stuffs nia :P

i was in charge of the tomyam steamboat this year. tomyam ala mamak.

Had reunion dinner with my fellow chums in and lou sang for the first time ever since we left school:) had not seen Dollie and Shuying in like agessss..it was good catching up with old times and updating each other on our current affairs :P makan super the banyak, we were all 'preggers' by the time we adjourned to Swensens.

i hope i can still fit into my new clothes by cny...*fingers crossed*

Celebrated Leong's belated 23rd bday there as well. she was all smiles when her bday icecream (candles and all) came. hope she was not faking it :P jou almost pecah tembelang and i had to cover up cos she didnt get me. bleah. my acting skills are improving liao.hehe. met a few juniors there as well. this is the only time of the year when u get to see orang BM from all generations throng Autocity :P

To jou and leong, hope i'll see u guys again during cny and if not, have a safe journey to new zealand, and all the best yea!! love lotsss!! gonna miss u guys..tsk tsk

t'was a good day

3 of us adik-beradik ditched our mum at grandparents' place in pg and went on a shopping spree!!good food, had a few good laughs, and good sales!! got myself 4 tops, cropped pants, shorts, 2 pairs of heels, a comb, nail polish, a hairband, and a few other stuffs. wanted a pair of purple sneakers frm Converse but well, i thought it was enough for the day. i was walking like a 'king kong' from all the bags. but well, my bro suffered the most. followed us girls for 6 hours nonstop with all our purchases most of the time:P

being the nice taikajie i am i gave them a treat in Sakae Sushi. LOVE the place. better than Sushi King in my opinion. More variety and we did not have to go through slow waiters to place our orders. all we did was to key in everything we wanted to order in a computer. damn canggih wei:P

chinese new year songs were playing from every corner of queensbay. performances by some chinese orchestras were serenading all shoppers on a stage near the main entrance. the decor was splendid and it exudes nostalgia all over me :) ahh, i lup cny!! esp when all those traditional cny songs get me all hyped up :) to shop.blueks

'rich' girl

woke up to the most wonderful news i've heard in months..our allowance came in!!!with increment and all. boy we were all so excited all of us took turns to hog the atm machine in IMU. minds wandered to Midvalley and Pavilion during Skin Disease lecture. beaming faces could be seen scattered all over the lecture theater. i was exceptionally happy i was smiling at random strangers that walked pass me.

the downside was that i had to go home instead of joining my chimuis shopping. as tempted as i was i did not succumb and instead went home to pack.

i was already at the lrt station when i realised i forgot my laptop adapter.wth.and i removed my battery already. i had to run all the way back to my room under the scorching hot sun to get it.damn paiseh yieng and yihui had to wait for me in the end. and i thought i was early initially.bleah

upon reaching pudu, i was shocked to find out the my bus left at 3pm.wtf. i thought it was suppose to leave at 3.30pm?? only then i realised 3.00pm was printed on my tic. i requested for 3.30pm when i got my tic earlier and somehow i remembered the lady behind the counter giving me my tic. i checked the date, seating num, and everything else but the TIME. to think that i was early when i was actually 15 mins late. its ironic cos these buses never leave on time. minimum pun 15mins later than designated time. when i needed the bus to leave later it was on time and vice versa. i was on the verge of hopping into the next lrt and meet my chums in midvalley.seriously.haha.my senses got better hold of me and i bought another bus tic bac.rm48 to balik kampung.my first charity after checking my account balance.LOL.maybe its a sign that i should not go home just yet. shouldve stayed and shopped first.haha


first thing when i woke up in the noon the next day, i flew to pacific to get my camera fixed. turns out that i had 'fungus' infection on the lens. a very rare case and normally happens only on a dslr's lens. how lucky eh?? i had to send it bac after cny to get it serviced. gonna miss it lots.2 whole weeks without my cam is gonna be agonizing.

walked aimlessly and stumbled across a pair of Levi's Lady Style dark denim studded with swarovski stones on the rear pockets..me LOVE LOVE LOVE!! im a bling fan and hence the nxt most natural thing i did was, i bought it. in less than 15mins:P
i was a lil discontented cos the label was sewn slightly crooked. the finishing on the label was not perfect.but ive already altered the jeans so i could not change it.SOBS. although i would not wear anything so short to expose the label, i just wanted it to be perfect. for self satisfaction. i paid so much for my jeans kay!! maybe i can get it to some of the shops in kl and ask if they can do anything about it.sigh.shouldve noticed it earlier. but i was too busy checking the length and i didnt notice.i mean that would be the last place u'll look right??double sigh.but i still love it nevertheless:)
